Description
This device uses a CCD color camera to automatically take photos and capture images, converting analog signals into digital signals. Through a fixed fixture, it positions the vehicle lights in the horizontal direction relative to the vehicle. After turning on the lights, the Fresnel lens collects the light pattern onto a projection board. The CCD camera lens is aimed at the projection board, and the captured images are processed. The system automatically compares them according to the standards for low beam and high beam adjustment, and based on preset evaluation parameters, it judges and automatically adjusts the light pattern and brightness of the low and high beams, providing an OK or not OK result.
Additionally, the device has an upper and lower mold-closing function, which can simplify the structure of the directional adjustment motor in later fixtures, thereby saving costs for future fixture investments. The rear dark box can automatically adjust the X-axis and Z-axis according to the headlight optical axis position.
Device dimensions: 1000W*1600H*2800L.
